"Bought my KTM 530 EXC-R last year at Big Sky Kawasaki; excellent sales & service staff; put 500 miles on the bike in Montana last summer, then shipped back to NY where I've put on another 500 miles (on & off road). Awesome bike. But I had to replace the cam with the 2009 version, as the Automatic Decompression sub-system was faulty in the '08's -- impossible to kick start, particularly when hot. Otherwise, an EXCELLENT bike! Scary fast and does everything exceptionally well. You haven't ridden off-road until you've ridden one of these 530's!"

"September 2008, I was nearly halfway into a Texas/Canada/Texas vacation ride on my 2006 BMW R1200GS Adv. Unfortunately I had transmission trouble just before heading out on Lolo Pass. I returned to Missoula, and dropped the bike off with Mike & John in Service on a Wednesday afternoon. The helped get be back on the road remarkably quick even with putting in a new transmission for me. Professional, Courteous, Entertaining even. I can't recommend them enough. PS.. Thanks guys for taking care of me. I truly appreciate your efforts, you saved my vacation for me this year. "

"Due to my own procrastination and lack of planning, on Monday, 7/17/07, I was somewhere near Kooskia, ID, with a completely shot Metz 880 on the rear of my BMW K1200LT, heading east on Rt. 12 and destined for my home state of Connecticut. In desperation I called Big Sky, even though I knew that service departments are not open on Mondays. I was prepared to have to wait until Tuesday to get the tire replaced, if the service dept. could fit me in. Yep, said a voice on the other end of the line, the service dept. is closed on Monday. However, after I explained my situation, the Big Sky guy said that a tech was working that day, completing another job. After talking to the tech he asked if I could be there by 3:30, when the other job would be done; they had a replacement Metz 880 in stock, and they would mount and balance it for me. Needless to say, I made it there by 3:30. Nate, the general manager, was extremely accomodating and let me take a nap in the air conditioned lounge while the tire was replaced. Chad, a BMW Certified Technician, had the old tire off and the new one on and balanced before I woke up from my nap. Kudos to Big Sky and its staff, who went out of their way to help a stranger who was just passing through, and who otherwise would have been stranded for at least a day. Many, many thanks."

"Kudos to Bill and the gang in your service department. I brought my K1200RS over from Bozeman for a 12,000 mile service this summer. I had it there right when you opened. Your guys busted buns to get the entire service done in a day so I could return to Bozeman and work the next day, avoiding an overnight in Missoula. Bill had three technicians on the bike at the end to get it done! I deeply appreciated the effort."

"Member of Beartooth Beemers and BMWMOA. I have read more great "helping" riders in distress stories in forums about BigSky BMW than any other dealership. My version of "Helping" means going much further than could ever be expected from a dealership! I bought my new R1150RT on a day that the dealership was closed, I drove 406 miles to this dealership to buy my new bike. I could not ask for anything else of these people that they haven't already done for me. Great Dealership. I am about to start a ten state two country ride and will order another Beemer (Not a replacement)from them in the next two weeks as I pass through Missoula! Thanks Nate!! "
